Trentino DOC Gewvurztraminer 2016 Villa Vescovile

The Gewürztraminer of Villa Vescovile sees the light in the vineyards adjacent to Trento.

It is produced 100% with Gewürztraminer grapes, the main grape of South Tyrol. After being subjected to cryomaceration, separated from the skins, the wine is fermented at a constant temperature of 22 ° C, for about twelve hours. Cold and sterile bottling follows.

The Gewürztraminer of Villa Vescovile shows a very intense straw yellow color. The nose offers the intense aromatic scent of the grapes from which it is made. On the palate it is fine and delicate, with aromatic traits that are found in the mouth.

It goes perfectly with aged cheeses, excellent also to accompany cristaceous.
