Description

This Chardonnay originates from grapes from the hilly vineyards located around the town of Roverè della Luna.

Following the manual harvest and the soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. Without carrying out the malolactic fermentation it refines for a long period on its own yeasts.

Straw yellow color, its scent plays on intense fruity notes reminiscent of Golden apple, banana and grapefruit. Impacts with a nice balance in the mouth, animated by a pleasant fresh-sour sensation.

A wine that finds the perfect match in fish and vegetable main courses, it is also excellent to be enjoyed with appetizers.
