Description
Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Radici d'Italia by Terre Forti is a white wine from the hilly and flat vineyards of Abruzzo, located up to an altitude of 400 meters. Produced mainly with Trebbiano grapes, complemented by other white varieties, this wine grows on calcareous and clayey soils.
The grapes are harvested both by hand and by machine towards the end of August. The grapes are then destemmed and lightly pressed, fermentation takes place in tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 19°C for 8 days. After fermentation, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for a maximum of 6 months before bottling, thus preserving freshness and delicate aromas.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it reveals a delicate and persistent floral bouquet to the nose, dominated by hints of peach and acacia flowers. On the palate it is mineral and savoury, with a taste that harmoniously recalls the aromas perceived by the nose.
It pairs perfectly with grilled fish dishes or a Caesar salad with chicken.
