Description
The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo of the Tiberio winery is produced with pure grapes in the hills that extend from the Abruzzese Apennines to the Adriatic Sea that interests them with continuous breezes.
The vines grow on a mainly clayey soil, which is located at about 300 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand towards the end of September to undergo a cold maceration on the skins for 6 hours. Once the must is obtained by gravity, the alcoholic fermentation is carried out and the subsequent ageing in bottle is carried out.
In the glass it has a straw yellow colour with greenish hues. The nose expresses good aromatic intensity with notes of green apple, hawthorn, orange blossom, anise. On the palate it is mineral and fresh with notes of anise and almond which confirm a good body and a medium-long finish.
Recommended with vegetable appetizers, baked freshwater and sea fish, omelettes and fried fish.
