Description
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained exclusively from Tuscan olives, precisely, harvested between the Maremma and the province of Siena. The cultivars used are Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio.
It has a beautiful clear green color. The nose is oriented on notes of artichoke and chicory, followed by hints of mint, sage and rosemary. The palate gives a harmonious taste, medium spicy and persistent.
To be poured onto bruschetta with vegetables or barley salads, it is ideal for seasoning legume soups and medium-aged cheeses.
