Description

Tua Rita's Rosso di Notri is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Franc and is born in the Alta Maremma, in the metalliferous hills area. The grapes come from vineyards that rest on predominantly clayey soils and with a conspicuous presence of skeleton. The company was born in 1984, when Rita and Virgilio bought 2 hectares of vineyards, which over the years have become 30.

The vinification takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature. The Sangiovese is then always aged in steel, the other vines are aged in French barriques.

Lively ruby red in color, the nose opens on aromas of red flowers and fragrant red fruit, with peppery and vegetable notes. On the palate it is fresh, with lively but balanced tannins.

Ideal in combination with grilled and roasted red meats.
