Description
The Pettegola di Banfi is a pure Vermentino from the Maremma plots of the cellar.
The harvest includes a careful selection of the best bunches. After a particularly gentle pressing, the must ferments in steel for 2 weeks at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C. The wine ages in the same containers for a few months before being bottled.
At the sight pale straw yellow, it opens with intense hints of stone fruit, enriched with pleasant notes of white flowers and Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is fresh and lively, with a nice flavor.
Ideal with fish-based appetizers and fries, it goes well with white meats and fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
