Description

This Vermentino is the only white interpretation of Cantina 8380, a very widespread grape variety in Maremma capable of expressing the best characteristics of its terroir.

The result of manual harvesting of the grapes and traditional white winemaking, it has a pale straw yellow colour. On the nose it develops an aromatic bouquet, made of notes of acacia and sage, with mineral hints. The palate is seductive and intriguing, with beautiful freshness.

It is excellent to combine with fish-based second courses, as well as white meat recipes.
