Description

Frescobaldi's Toscano Vermentino Ammiraglia Masso Vivo was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Magliano, in the province of Grosseto.

It is produced with pure Vermentino grapes, harvested towards the end of September and fermented in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 20°C for 11 days. The wine, after having undergone partial cryomaceration, matures for 4 months in steel and for 1 month in the bottle before being released on the market.

Vermentino Ammiraglia is a wine with a pale and brilliant golden yellow color, with topaz reflections. The nose opens with enveloping floral notes of jasmine and hawthorn and is made fresh by pleasant hints of citrus fruits; Notes of pear, honey, lime and almond complete the bouquet. In the mouth it is fresh and tasty, supported by a solid body. The finish is dominated by fruity notes.

Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, it is ideal for first courses, timbales and vegetables.
