Description
Trebbiano di Capezzana is produced in the historic cellars of Conte Contini Bonaccossi in the municipality of Carmignano, in the province of Prato.
It is made entirely with Trebbiano grapes harvested in mid-October. After the fermentation phase, the wine is left to evolve in barriques for about 5 months. The final refinement in the bottle continues for about 6 months before being placed on the market.
Trebbiano di Capezzana has a straw yellow color with golden hues. It shows a wine with a good olfactory intensity, with a strong almond note followed by floral scents and a sweet vanilla aroma. In the mouth it is harmonious and balanced. In the aftertaste it maintains a good complexity and persistence.
It goes well with vegetable dishes. It is ideal with white meats and appetizers.
