Description
Giuseppe Gorelli's Toscana Rosso Brigo was born from the hands of the oenologist and consultant, who founded his cellar in Montalcino in 2017. The wine is dedicated to the grandfather, nicknamed "Beppino di Brigo" in the village.
It is made up of 100% Sangiovese grapes from the youngest vineyards. The vinification is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts, with a maceration on the skins for 20 days, and is kept in steel tanks, where the wine remains to refine for another 10 months.
Ruby red in color, the nose is expressed with aromas of cherry and juicy red fruits. The sip is fresh, harmonious and of excellent persistence.
It goes well with cold cuts and cured meats and with pasta with meat sauce.
