Description
Rosso Toscana di San Felice is a red wine that stands out for its aromatic freshness and pleasantness of drink. The vineyards from which it comes are located on medium-textured soils rich in skeleton, with a prevalence of clay of calcareous-marly origin. There are also small extensions on alluvial soils rich in sand and silt.
The winemaking process uses carefully selected grapes, characterized by a warm summer climate and low rainfall, which have guaranteed high quality production with low yields. The production process is designed to enhance the fresh and fruity notes typical of this wine.
Of a young but intense ruby red color, the nose expresses fresh tones of raspberry, cherry and lavender. On the palate this red wine is pleasant and harmonious, with a versatile character that makes it suitable for various pairings.
Perfect to accompany first courses, white meats and light second courses, it also goes well with fish soups.
