Description
Sal Terrae Tuscan wine is produced by the Il Palazzo winery, a company founded in the early 1970s in the province of Arezzo.
Sal Terrae is a blend of 4 grapes: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot. The vinification takes place in thermo-regulated steel tanks, and then refined in first and second passage French oak barriques.
Intense ruby red color, on the nose the wine shows aromas of red flowers, black plums, blackberries, black cherries and licorice. The taste is full, concentrated, with silky tannins and long persistence.
It goes very well with traditional Tuscan bread soups, as well as grilled red meats.
