Description
Bertinga's Punta di Adine red wine was born in the vineyards of Gaiole in Chianti, in the Chianti Classico area.
Once harvested, the 100% Sangiovese grapes are vinified in steel and concrete vats. The wine then ages in 25hl Austrian oak barrels for approx. 18 months, followed by 12 months in the bottle.
Deep ruby red in color, the nose is expressed with aromas of blueberries and black olives, with earthy, smoky, graphite and tobacco notes. The sip is powerful and structured, with well integrated fine and powdery tannins.
It goes very well with dishes with truffles and stewed meats.
