Toscana IGT Rosso Governo all'Uso Toscano Bernardeschi 2.60 2020 Terrescure

Terrescure's Government all'Uso Toscano Bernardeschi 2.60 represents the essence and history of the vineyard of the same name from which it is produced. This wine is the result of a journey through tradition and innovation, a tribute to the Tuscan land. It was born from the intention of revisiting and enhancing the ancient technique of the Government all'Uso Toscano.

The blend it is made of combines the nobility of Sangiovese with the roundness of Merlot. Following manual harvesting, part of the grapes are dried for 20 days in order to concentrate and make the aromatic composition more evident. The masses are vinified separately but both with a maceration of at least 14 days to extract color and polyphenols.

It has an intense ruby red color. The bouquet is dominated by elegant and refined aromas of red berries, completed by a delicate vanilla finish. On the palate, it stands out for its full-bodied, rich and creamy texture, with well-defined tannins that blend into a long and slightly spicy finish.

The ideal pairing is with red meats, especially beef, and game. It also enhances a platter of mature cheeses.
