Description

The Ghiaie della Furba wine was born in the vineyards of the Capezzana estate, in the province of Prato.

It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot grapes, harvested between the first week of September and the middle of October. The vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks and then passed in barrique for the fermentation process and for the evolution, which lasts at least 15 months. A long refinement in the bottle follows.

It has an intense ruby red color. The nose offers simple but intense aromas of fruit and spices. In the mouth it is soft, structured and of great volume, with dense and sweet texture tannins, acidity in balance to the structure. The aftertaste is persistent with gustatory sensations of small red fruits of the undergrowth married to spicy notes.

It goes perfectly with red meats, game and roasts.
