Description
Eliseo Rosso di Gualdo del Re is a blend that mixes the indigenous with the international, offering a taste of true Costa Toscana. Produced in Suvereto, with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes, in vineyards that sink their roots into soils composed of clay, stone, and silt, ensuring ideal conditions to obtain a wine of great balance and structure.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where malolactic fermentation also occurs. The aging continues in third and fourth passage barriques for twelve months, followed by an additional resting period in the bottle for at least three months before commercialization, allowing the wine to develop softness and elegance.
In appearance, it presents an intense ruby color. The aromatic profile is characterized by fruity notes of red fruits, enriched by light spicy nuances. On the palate, it is structured, harmonious, and lively, with soft tannins and a good tasting persistence that enhances its pleasantness.
It pairs perfectly with assorted cured meats, first courses, and white and red meats.
