Description
Cum Sanguis Tuscan wine is produced by the Il Palazzo winery, a company founded in the early 1970s in the province of Arezzo.
Cum Sanguis is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes. The vinification takes place in thermo-regulated steel tanks, with a 30-day post-fermentation maceration on the skins. The malolactic fermentation takes place in controlled atmosphere steel tanks, and then refined in the bottle.
Ruby red in color, on the nose the wine shows aromas of violets, currants and raspberries, hints of juniper berries. The sip is full-bodied, with fine tannins and a finish of discreet persistence.
It goes very well with salami appetizers, croutons with meat and mushroom sauces and stewed red meats.
