Description

Castello Romitorio's Toscana Rosso Brio comes from the company's youngest vineyards which arise on volcanic soil. This wine is an exaltation of the Sangiovese grape and stands out for its authenticity and character which reflect the essence of the Tuscan territory.

Its winemaking is based on balance and elegance, demonstrating how Sangiovese, even in its youth, can offer a rich and complex flavor profile.

Ruby red in colour, it releases intense notes of red fruits, primarily sour cherries, enriched with floral and aromatic herbal notes. When tasted it proves to be energetic and persistent, always guaranteeing great drinkability thanks to its freshness.

Perfect as a companion to traditional Tuscan cuisine, it goes well with land-based appetizers, first courses and red meats.
