Description

The Rosato Croce di Mezzo was born in the eastern part of Montalcino, from vineyards located 480 meters above sea level.

It is obtained from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, harvested exclusively by hand with careful selection of the bunches. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with short maceration on the skins. The refinement takes place in steel.

The result is a wine with a pale pink color, which offers the nose aromas of grapefruit and exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh and extremely enjoyable.

Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect to combine with appetizers, summer first courses and shellfish-based dishes.
