Description

Pinot Bianco is produced by Tenuta Monteloro, one of the cellars of the Antinori group, from vineyards located on the hills of Fiesole, a few kilometers from Florence.

The grapes were vinified separately by vineyard to preserve their territorial identity, they were de-stemmed and softly pressed. The must was then cooled to a temperature of 10 ° C to favor its natural clarification. After 48 hours it is transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature not exceeding 16 ° C. The wine was then stored in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10 ° C until bottling.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is intense and expresses itself on notes of tropical fruit, such as pineapple, which are combined with pleasant sensations of pepper and nettle. On the palate it is fresh, lively and savory, with a mineral finish.

Ideal in the company of light dishes based on fish and shellfish.
