Description
Toscana Rosso Orma comes from vineyards located along the Via Bolgherese, in the Livorno municipality of Castagneto Carducci.
It is the result of a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, which ferment for 21 days, with permanence on the skins, in steel at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C. The wine ages for 12 months in partly new French oak barriques and for a further 12 months in glass.
It is characterized by a purple red color with violet reflections. Intriguing on the nose, it develops around notes of berries, spices and tobacco. In the mouth it is soft and silky, with hints of spice and ripe red fruit.
Excellent throughout the meal, this wine enhances red meat dishes and semi-mature cheeses.
