Description

MezzoRosso is produced by Cantina Canaio, a Tuscan company located in the Cortona area and founded in 2012.

It is made of Syrah grapes with a small addition of Merlot. The vinification takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks for 15 days, and then refines for at least 12 months in the same containers.

Bright ruby red in colour, it is expressed with aromas of blackberry and currant, enriched with spicy and herbaceous notes. The sip is slim and dynamic, with barely perceptible tannins.

Excellent with both cured meats and first courses seasoned with meat sauces.
