Toscana IGT Governo all'Uso Toscano Nicolò 2021 Bindi Sergardi

Nicolò is the wine dedicated to Nicolò Casini, granddaughter of Elisabetta Bindi Sergardi and today the owner of the winery. He represents the twenty-second generation of the family and has the merit of having believed in scientific research and in new clones of vines, as well as that of identifying those lands that made it possible to expand the historical heritage of the family and at the same time lead to an improvement in production.

It is obtained from a careful selection of Sangiovese grapes subjected to drying, combined in steel tanks with other fresh grapes for a second fermentation, according to the ancient traditional technique of the Tuscan government. The wine thus obtained will continue in the vinification process with ageing.

Intense ruby in colour, it reveals an elegant bouquet of ripe fruit and floral notes to the nose. On the palate it is round, soft and structured, surprisingly harmonious.

It is ideal in the company of red meats, cheeses and first courses of Mediterranean cuisine.
