Description

Giorgio Primo by Tenuta La Massa is a prestigious Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot produced in Tuscany. It grows on clayey soils and marly limestone, with hilly exposures at 350 meters above sea level.

The harvest, carried out in small boxes, is followed by a rigorous selection in the cellar. Fermentations occur spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine matures in French oak barriques and after the final blend, it rests in the bottle for several months before being sold.

Giorgio Primo stands out for its intense and lively ruby red colour. The olfactory bouquet is elegant with notes of black fruit, minerals, graphite and tobacco. On the palate it is full-bodied and complex, with ripe and noble tannins. Finally, a splendid savory note gives this wine a long and pleasant finish.

This red wine pairs perfectly with grilled red meats and mature cheeses.
