Description

Gigino is a tribute to Luigi Barbanera, son of the founders Altero Barbanera and Maria Franceschini, who followed in his parents' footsteps and passed on his passion and dedication to future generations. A gesture of affection, a hymn to his memory, a tribute to his tenacity.

It appears in the glass with an intense ruby red color with purple veins. The nose is a riot of blueberry, wild blackberry and fruit in alcohol, followed by elegant spicy hints of vanilla and white chocolate. The sip is structured and persistent, with a clear reference to the sensations perceived by smell.

Ideal in the company of all structured and abundant dishes. It is enhanced with roast venison garnished with cranberry cream.
