Description
Otto Muri is a white wine produced in Tuscany and composed entirely of Fiano grapes.
The harvest is manual and takes place in small boxes to prevent the grapes from breaking, with immediate transfer to the press for overnight maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 16° and 18°C, followed by a partial malolactic fermentation. The refinement lasts 6 months.
The color is intense, due to the permanence on the yeasts. On the nose the wine is pleasant and complex, with hints of yellow peach, mango and toasted hazelnuts. On the palate it is full, intense and of great balance, completed by an elegant and marked minerality.
It pairs perfectly with fish, seafood and fresh cheese dishes.
