Description
The Color of Bibi Graetz is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Fiesole, in the hills overlooking the wonderful city of Florence.
It is produced with Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with daily punching down. Subsequently the wine ages in French oak barrels for 24 months and for a further 12 months in glass before being released on the market.
It is characterized by a deep ruby red color. The nose opens with intense sensations of red fruits, enriched with notes of leather and spices. On the palate it is vibrant and powerful, with a good structure and freshness that accompany towards a long and persistent finish.
This red wine is perfect to accompany red meat first courses.
