Description

Borgone is an organic red wine produced from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Merlot grapes, grown in the Camigliano estate vineyards. This wine reflects the balance and harmony achieved thanks to an amazing vintage, which saw difficult weather conditions but with a favorable evolution of the plants.

The vinification involves fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25-26°C, with maceration lasting 8-10 days. After malolactic fermentation in steel, the wine is bottled, thus maintaining the freshness and balance of its aromas.

It has an intense red color. On the nose it offers a rich bouquet of ripe red fruits and spices. On the palate it is elegant and harmonious, with soft tannins that make it very drinkable and pleasant from the first tastings.

This red wine pairs perfectly with cured meats, cheeses, crostini and bruschetta.
