Description

The Toscana bianco Testamatta by Bibi Graetz was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Fiesole, in the hills overlooking the wonderful city of Florence.

It is produced entirely with Ansonica grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. The vinification takes place with the help of dry ice and there is a short contact on the skins for an hour. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique for 12 months before being bottled.

It has an intense straw yellow colour. The nose opens with hints of golden apples and yellow peaches, with mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh and complex, with an elegant and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany tasty seafood cuisine and white meats.
