Description
The white wine of Tenuta di Trinoro is a wine produced by Andrea Franchetti, who created a model estate in the 1990s, with the intention of producing great wines. The choice fell on a wild and uncultivated area of the Val d'Orcia, deep in the Tuscan hinterland. In terms of climate and soil composition, the area has proved to be particularly suitable for the main international varieties and in particular for the Bordeaux vines.
The wine is a pure Sémillon, whose grapes are fermented for 10 days in steel tanks. The wine then ages in a cement tank.
It has a straw yellow color and seduces with aromas of jasmine, yellow apple and notes of exotic fruit. The sip is fresh and fine, with a persistent finish.
To be combined with dishes based on crustaceans and molluscs.
