Description
The Tuscan white wine Il Castelluccio di Tamburini features the Tuscan white grape par excellence, Trebbiano.
The wine is made up of Trebbiano grapes and, to a small extent, of Malvasia grapes. The grapes are softly pressed and cooled for 48 hours. It is then transferred to thermo-controlled steel tanks.
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose reveals aromas of broom and banana, orange blossom and rose. The sip is fresh and sapid, with a good persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif, it also goes well with fish appetizers and seafood.
