Description

Inspired by the Alìe marine nymphs, this rosé wine is a symbol of sensuality and beauty. It is built on the Ammiraglia di Frescobaldi estate, near the sea, from which the Alìe draws its mineral accents.

It comes from a blend of Syrah and Vermentino bunches, pressed whole with a high degree of softness and in the absence of oxygen. The must ferments in stainless steel at a temperature below 20 °C. It follows ageing of a few months on the fine lees and then for a few months in the bottle.

It has a light cherry pink color, enriched with light ruby reflections. The nose offers a compendium of the characteristic aromatic traits of the two starting varieties, with hints of white flowers and wild strawberries, surrounded by citrus peel and widespread minerality. In the mouth it is persuasive, fine and intriguing, with a pleasantly rich and long finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is the wine suitable for an evening for two.
