Description
Ambrae del Poliziano was born following the resumption of the cultivation of some clones of white berried varieties, including Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, after the interruption of 1990 to make room for red berried ones.
Made from a manual harvest in boxes and a fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts, the wine ages for 16 months in steel and refines its organoleptic characteristics in the 3 months spent in the bottle.
It appears in the straw yellow glass. The nose reveals intense fruity sensations, embellished with floral hints of broom. The palate is fluid and linear, pleasantly fresh and mineral.
It excels in combination with all recipes of seafood.
