Description

The Le Bruniche Tuscan Chardonnay from Tenuta di Nozzole is a wine that originates from the most prestigious wine-growing areas of Tuscany, with particular attention to the estate's vineyards located to the north, near the Greve river. This geographical position guarantees significant temperature variations between day and night, fundamental elements for the development of the organoleptic qualities of the wine.

The production involves white winemaking, which begins after a static cold decantation in reduction, with an alcoholic fermentation carried out at a controlled temperature in steel containers. This is followed by a period of refinement on the lees for approximately 6 months, which helps to give the wine greater body and structure.

This Chardonnay has an elegant straw yellow color and reveals intense aromas of apple, apricot, nectarine and melon on the nose. Tasting reveals a soft and creamy consistency, which evolves into a clean and refreshing finish, characteristics that make it pleasant on the palate.

Perfect in combination with seafood dishes such as cod with potatoes, capers and stuffed tomatoes or appetizers.
