Description
The Pigolaia Bianco of the I Tirreni winery rises from plain vineyards two kilometers from the coast.
Made from a fair blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia and Vermentino grapes, it is obtained with a separate fermentation and subsequent assembly of the two fractions: the most aromatic part, that is Malvasia, ferments in barrique, while the remaining part ferments in stainless steel controlled temperature.
Pale straw yellow with light greenish reflections, it has an intriguing aromatic range on the nose made of floral notes of orange blossom and exotic fruit. The palate is characterized by the flavour given by Vermentino and the structure and body given by Trebbiano.
Due to its organoleptic characteristics, it is the ideal wine to serve as an aperitif or to accompany fish or cheese.
