Description
The Dogajolo Bianco di Carpineto is the result of a scrupulous zoning study, carried out on the Chianciano estate in order to identify the soils with the most suitable characteristics for the breeding of the white grape varieties that make up this label.
It is made from Chardonnay, Grechetto and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The clusters are subjected to pre-fermentation maceration and pressing, then sent to fermentation with temperature control. The wine is aged in steel at a low temperature.
Upon visual examination, it shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Pleasant fruity sensations emerge on the nose in harmony with delicate aromatic characteristics. The taste is fresh and full-bodied, with a pleasantly dry and velvety finish.
Ideal as an aperitif, it is excellent with seafood and white meats. Try it with Asian cuisine.
