Description
The Torrontés Oak Fermented from the Laborum line of El Porvenir was born in the Finca El Retiro vineyard, located in the Cafayate Valley, in the heart of the renowned Salta wine region.
It is produced entirely with Torrontés grapes, harvested only by hand in the second half of February. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13-15 ° C for 25 days. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months in new French oak barrels, before being bottled.
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with fresh and intense fruity notes, enriched by floral scents reminiscent of roses. On the palate it is structured and balanced, with good freshness and persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany fish and spicy dishes.
