Toro DOP El Bos 2021 Long Wines

El Bos is a red wine produced in the Toro region, in the province of Zamora, Castile and Leon, and is made from 100% Tinta de Toro grapes. The grapes used come from the best vineyards of the bodega, with plants aged between 30 and 45 years.

The winemaking process includes a 4-month refinement in barrique. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to enhance the varietal characteristics of the grapes.

El Bos has a cherry color with violet reflections, clean and bright. On the nose, it offers an intense combination of aromas of black fruit, blueberries, currants, coffee beans, vanilla and mocha. On the palate, it is creamy with broad and sweet tannins, offering a velvety and tasty sip.

It is perfect to pair with grilled red meat dishes or mature cheeses.
