Description

Tokaji Aszù 5 Puttonyos di Disznoko originates from vineyards located near the city of Tokaj, in the eastern part of Hungary.

It is produced from Furmint grapes that are partly harvested by drying on the plant, in the presence of Botrytis Cinerea. The ageing phase of the wine requires a minimum period of 36 months in barrique.

Golden yellow, bright and luminous to the eye. The nose shows a complexity of sweet fruit reminiscent of apricot jam, dried figs, candied citrus peel, honey and hazelnuts, on a background of sweet spices. The sip immediately conquers for its softness and for the very fine balance between sweetness and freshness. Extremely persistent.

To be combined with blue cheeses, foie gras or desserts of different types, especially with fruit tarts.
