Description

The package contains 2 Nicosia dessert fortified wines, a great gift for lovers of quality sweet wines, to pair with holiday desserts and dry pastries in general.

Zibibbo is made from pure Zibibbo grapes, harvested overripe, which are destemmed and left to macerate at a low temperature for 10-12 hours. Fermentation then takes place in steel tanks with the addition of alcohol of viticultural origin. Golden yellow in color with garnet reflections, the nose opens on dried and dehydrated fruit, figs and apricots. The sip is intense, warm and persuasive.

Malvasia is made from overripe Malvasia grapes only, which are destemmed and left to macerate at a low temperature for 10-12 hours. Fermentation then takes place in steel tanks with the addition of alcohol of viticultural origin. Intense amber in color, the nose opens on yellow and white flowers and notes of apricot. The sip is velvety and harmonious.
