Description
The Terre Siciliane Inzolia is another piece of the 'Li Ciuri' mosaic, the wine project that celebrates Western Sicily among colors and aromas that convey all the identity of the island expressed in the taste and cultural typicity of the region.
Made with the oldest white grape variety of Sicily, the Inzolia grapes are harvested around mid-September and vinified in purity. The wine ferments in steel at a controlled temperature for at least ten days and completes its aging with a period of rest in the bottle.
With a very delicate pale yellow color, it offers on the nose a burst of ripe yellow fruits such as peach, apricot, melon before hinting at notes of hawthorn and clover. A wine with low acidity, on the palate it is smooth and authentic, with fullness of fruit and aromatic power, good savoriness and freshness.
It is the perfect wine to accompany fish appetizers and risottos with scampi cream, it can complement grilled fish and boiled scampi seasoned with mayonnaise finishing everything with a moderate touch of savoriness.
