Description
Maravento is a red that comes from a Syrah blend and from predominantly calcareous soils, which gives the wine a strong minerality.
The harvest takes place in September, followed by a vinification with cold pre-maceration and a maceration of about 15 days at a controlled temperature. Refines in steel and then undergoes a passage in barrique.
Its deep red color shines, with violet reflections that illuminate the glass. It gives the nose a complex bouquet, with hints of black mulberry, licorice, blueberries and currants. On the palate it is elegant and refined, with a marked freshness.
Its remarkable organoleptic profile makes it the most suitable wine to nobly accompany grilled and braised meats, as well as aged cheeses. Absolutely to try with eggplant parmigiana and rice arancini.
