Description
The Red Island of Hibiscus comes from the company-owned terraced vineyards located in the municipality of Ustica, in the province of Palermo.
It is obtained from a skilful blend of Merlot, Nero d'Avola, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, collected and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers before being placed on the market.
The Red Island of Hibiscus has an intense ruby red color. The nose carries aromas of red fruit, enriched with spicy and mineral notes. In the mouth it proves fresh and pleasant, with well integrated tannins.
Perfect to accompany first courses and red meats, it is ideal in combination with fish with an intense flavor such as fresh tuna.
