Description
Inzolia di Cusumano was born in the vineyards of the Ficuzza di Cusumano estate, located within the Piana degli Albanesi, in the province of Palermo.
This wine is made exclusively from Insolia grapes, harvested in September. After a cold maceration at 8 °C, the must ferments in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Subsequently, the decanted wine remains on the fine lees for 4 months and continues ageing in glass before being marketed.
Insolia di Cusumano has a lively straw yellow colour. The nose offers very interesting aromas of pineapple, tropical fruit and citrus. In the mouth acidity and flavour stand out, faithfully reflecting the characteristics of the wine area from which they come.
This pure Insolia is to be drunk in the first year of life. Excellent with fish-based dishes and tasty white meats, it goes well with appetizers and aperitifs.
