Description
Terre Siciliane Grillo di Baglio di Grìsi was born in Monreale, in the province of Palermo.
It is obtained from 100% Grillo grapes, harvested and selected by hand at the beginning of September. The grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed and vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 30-40 days at a temperature of approx. 13 ° C with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine thus obtained is then aged in steel for 4 months and for at least 2 months in the bottle.
It has an intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It opens on the nose with enveloping aromas of ripe yellow fruit, apricot and citrus. On the palate it is fresh and well structured, with a pleasant mineral finish.
This white wine is perfect to accompany seafood cuisine and tasty white meats.
