Description

Terre Siciliane Grillo of Abbazia Santa Anastasia was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Castelbuono, in the province of Palermo.

It is produced exclusively with Grillo grapes, harvested by hand in late August. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14 ° C for 20 days. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 6 months before being bottled.

This Grillo is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with fresh fruit aromas, enriched with pleasant floral scents. On the palate it is fresh, sapid and pleasantly persistent.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes.
