Description

Terre Siciliane Frappato Carolina Marengo for Kisa by Feudi del Pisciotto was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Niscemi, in the province of Caltanissetta.

It is produced with only Frappato grapes, harvested manually in the first week of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 10 months in new and second passage barriques, and in bottle for a further 8 months before being marketed.

It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with fresh aromas of red berry fruits, enriched with elegant notes of sweet spices. On the palate it is lively and round, well balanced and persistent.

Perfect to accompany fresh cheeses and cold cuts, this red wine is ideal in combination with particularly tasty fish dishes.
