Terre Siciliane Frizzante IGT Bianco Charme 2023 Firriato

The sparkling wine Charme Bianco by Firriato is obtained from a blend of native vines of Western Sicily, collected in the Agro di Trapani, on the Borgo Guarini estate.

The manual harvesting of the grapes, carried out around the first ten days of September, is followed by a soft pressing and fermentation in a pressurized tank at a controlled temperature until the appropriate pressure is reached. Refines "sur lie" for 3 months before being placed on the market.

In the glass it has a pale straw yellow colour with slight greenish hues. Delicate notes of broom and wildflowers take shape on the nose, which are flanked almost immediately by perceptions of exotic fruit including ripe banana, mango and papaya. Harmonious and composed on the palate, it is agile and lively, demonstrating an enviable drinkability.

Ideal with first courses and summer salads, it is indicated as an aperitif.
