Description
The Chardonnay Tareni of Cantine Pellegrino is a Sicilian white wine that is born in vineyards located in western Sicily.
The bunches are harvested in the first ten days of August. The bunches are softly pressed and follow the classic white vinification at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages for at least 2 months in steel tanks.
At the sight straw yellow with greenish reflections, it has intense notes of white flowers, green apple and cedar on the nose. On the palate it is fresh and moderately sapid.
It goes well with first courses such as pasta with sardines and baked fish.
